Laurie Warner has held management and executive positions in customer support, marketing and business process development in the bay area’s leading software companies. In her ten years at Hewlett Packard, she established many of the management processes and systems for their first customer support center. Within HP’s new professional services division, she led product and field marketing teams in the creation and marketing of consulting services. Her last two years at HP were in Executive Development, where she built an executive development program for HP’s world-wide functional managers. At Documentum, Laurie held positions of Services Marketing Director and Vice Presidents of Worldwide Customer Support and Customer Advocacy. Laurie is currently Senior Customer Experience Manager at Adobe Systems, where she defines business processes and metrics for Adobe’s customer engagement and emerging services business.
Laurie’s passion for creating delightful customer experiences through well defined processes and professionally trained staff, along with her love of cooking and the Monterey area, has drawn her to contribute her expertise and energy to making the Culinary Center of Monterey vision and mission a success.
