Bert Cutino
Born in Monterey, Chef Cutino is a Certified Executive Chef and Food Manager. He is the co-founder of the internationally famous Sardine Factory Restaurant. He has a degree in business and received two Doctor of Culinary Arts in Honoris. Chef Cutino has gained National recognition and he has been the recipient of many awards including the Distinguished College Alumni Award, Humanitarian Awards, Diplomat from the California Culinary Academy, US Congressional Record, and local-regional-national Chef of the Year.

Laurie Warner has held management and executive positions in customer support, marketing and business process development in the bay area’s leading software companies.  In her ten years at Hewlett Packard, she established many of the management processes and systems for their first customer support center.  Within HP’s new professional services division, she led product and field marketing teams in the creation and marketing of consulting services.  Her last two years at HP were in Executive Development, where she built an executive development program for HP’s world-wide functional managers.  At Documentum, Laurie held positions of Services Marketing Director and Vice Presidents of Worldwide Customer Support and Customer Advocacy.  Laurie is currently Senior Customer Experience Manager at Adobe Systems, where she defines business processes and metrics for Adobe’s customer engagement and emerging services business.

Laurie’s passion for creating delightful customer experiences through well defined processes and professionally trained staff, along with her love of cooking and the Monterey area, has drawn her to contribute her expertise and energy to making the Culinary Center of Monterey vision and mission a success.

Richard Oh
Richard is a long time resident and business owner of the Monterey area.  He brings a wealth of knowledge and culture to the board.  He has run many businesses from lodging to mortgage to a winery.  Has donated his time to charitable organizations as well as to the Monterey Chamber of Commerce.  He donates wines to many charity fundraiser's.  Richard has a degree in Business Management with Entrepreneurship from California State University at Hayward.  Has many interests to keep him busy.  He likes to play golf, tennis, sail, ski, travel, wine making, wine tasting's and photography to name a few.
